As a Texas State student and a sports reporter/editor at the University Star, I had the chance to utilize and learn many skills. By hosting a podcast, live tweeting sporting events , writing articles, interviewing athletes, coaches and more, becoming skilled on Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, managing a staff and designing/drawing a front page newspaper design, I developed a wide range of knowledge that I hope to continue in the future.
